Lunar Festival is up from the 4th week of January until the 3rd week for February. You need lots of travelling to do for the achievements but quite easy now with the ability to fly almost anywhere. Here are the list of the elders you need to visit and talk to in order to complete the [To Honor One's Elders] and also the [What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been] achievements. The sequence makes up the best route to take, but I’m still working on improving them. Some elder locations have been changed during the shattering. Splitrock, Maraudon This one is a maze, upon entering Maraudon go long way below until you find the instances of the purple and orange crystals. In the center of those two entrances there’s a passage way, go in until you will find a portal. Walk straight through it, it will then teleport you to directly to Zaetar’s Grave (as in the map). I found a handy route map here that should make you’re life easier.

Nurgen, Azjol-Nerub Dragonblight You need to kill a couple of bosses including Hadronox for this. Jump into the Brood Pit, there you’ll find Nurgen sitting on a ledge.
Kilias, Drak’Tharon Keep Grizzly Hills You can skip the bosses until King Dred if you can. Hunters can FD and Rogues can stealth.
Ghogan’gada, Utgarde Pinnacle Howling Fjord You need to kill Skadi the Ruthless to open the door, the elder is below the stairs after Skadi

As you progress with visiting the elders, you’ll get the [Elders of the Horde], [Elders of the Alliance] and the [xx Coins of Ancestry] achievements along the way. Also you can use the coin to buy Lunar Festival stuff from the festival vendors. Don’t forget to buy a festive pant suite or dress to get the [Lunar Festival Finery] achievement.

The [Frenzied Firecracker] and [The Rocket's Red Glare] can be easily done by buying firecrackers and red rockets, then use them consecutively within 30 and 25 seconds respectively.
